Andy is the Company Secretary of SPARK Ventures and the Finance Director of SPARK Venture Management Ltd. He has extensive audit, accountancy and taxation experience gained over six years whilst in a small (10 partner) accountancy firm progressing from graduate trainee to audit manager.

He has two years commercial experience gained in a quoted shipbrokers (200 UK staff).

He qualified as an accountant in 1996, with an MA in Economics from Cambridge University.
