Jay was part of the founding team at SPARK and is currently responsible for the investments in IMI, Skinkers, Complinet, MarketClusters, Unanimis, OpenX and Gambling Compliance.

He was previously involved in Kobalt, Firebox, elata and mblox and has led a number of past exits.

He was previously a Director of NewMedia Investors and held executive positions at UBS Warburg and BSkyB.

He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and holds degrees from INSEAD and the London School of Economics.

Appointed to the Board on 30 January 2004.
