Nghi is responsible for SPARK compliance with FSA rules and other legal obligations. Nghi is a qualified solicitor, having been admitted on the roll in England and Wales in June 2007. 

Nghi originally joined Quester in 2005 and prior to that worked as a solicitor at a major commercial law firm, DLA Phillips Fox, in Australia, specialising in mergers and acquisitions. 

Nghi has Bachelors of Commerce and Bachelors of Laws degrees from the Australian National University.
