Nghi Tran
Nghi is responsible for SPARK compliance with FSA rules and other legal obligations. Nghi is a qualified solicitor, having been admitted on the roll in England and Wales in June 2007.
Prior to SPARK, Nghi was the Compliacne Officer at venture capital firm, Quester. She trained and worked as a solicitor at a major commercial law firm, DLA Phillips Fox, in Australia, specialising in mergers and acquisitions.
Nghi has Bachelors of Commerce and Bachelors of Laws degrees from the Australian National University.
