Helen Sinclair

Helen is a respected venture capitalist with a twenty year track record. She started her career as an investment banker and then spent seven years at 3i plc, investing in a wide range of start ups, growth capital and management buy out deals. Latterly she co-founded and ran Matrix Private Equity, a successful private equity house, and raised and managed a successful technology/media/telecoms venture capital fund.
Helen is a recognised industry figure with extensive business experience in a wide range of sectors. She is Chairman of British Smaller Companies VCT plc, The Income & Growth VCT plc and Matrix Income & Growth 4 VCT plc. Her experience and contacts will be very useful to SPARK as it follows its policy of a managed realisation of its portfolio.
